Shipping & Returns

 
  • We take great care in packaging every item securely so that they will arrive safe.
  • Item will be shipped by standard airmail (Registered +USD 2, optional).
  • Each additional item will discount by USD 1 if combine shipping.
  • Normally the product will be despatched within 48 hours after the payment cleared.
  • The estimated delivery time is 7-14 days
  • We are NOT responsible for custom clearance delay.
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Shipping charges includes shipping, handling, packing materials processing charges etc.
  • In case if the item received is defected during shipping we will happy to exchange. However the return charge is the buyer's responsibility.
  • If you did not receive it after 2 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • In case the item is lost during shipping we will happy to send again after the confirmation. For the protection of both side the resent item must be registered and all charges are the buyer's responsibility.
